1, new Notepad, input (rasdial "Broadband connection" account password), Save as Rasdial.bat, save type for all files.

2, continue to create a new Notepad, Input (CreateObject ("Wscript.Shell"). Run "rasdial Broadband Connection account password", 0, save file name is Createobject.vbs, saving type is all files.

3, positioning to (C: User < user name >appdataroamingmicrosoftwindows"Start menu program launch) path.

Move/Copy the Rasdial.bat and Createobject.vbs script files you just created to the boot root directory

Note: The AppData folder is hidden by default, click the View tab and tick the hidden items.

4, restart the computer, after entering the desktop will flash the command line window, you can resolve 651 errors.

The problem with dialing 651 error prompts under the win8.1 system is most likely due to the lack of compatibility between the modem and the win8.1 system.
