How to turn off the floating toolbar in Word2013

In the Word2013 document window, the floating toolbar appears to the right of the selected text when you select the text operation. The floating toolbar contains commands that are commonly used for formatting text, such as setting the font, font size, color, center alignment, and so on to help users easily format text, as shown in Figure 1.

If you do not need to display the floating toolbar in the Word2013 document window, you can turn it off, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, and click the file → options button, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, cancel the Show mini Toolbar on selection check box on the General tab, and click OK, as shown in Figure 3.
