First, check for system updates. If yes, update the system:

Sudo apt-get update & sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

-D tells the update manager to upgrade to the development version, that is, Ubuntu 15.04 before the official version is released. The upgrade time depends on your network speed.

Note: there will inevitably be a small number of bugs in the development version, and Ubuntu 15.04 is a short-term support version, so if you use it in daily work and life, it is best not to upgrade it to 15.04.
