How to Use CSS to design a site with a large background

Since I published the big background web page design collection, I have received many emails asking me how to use css to implement the big background web page design. So I decided to share with you the design skills of the big background website. In this tutorial, I will use some examples to illustrate how to use one or two images to design a large background website.

Common error: cropping background (View demo)

Take a look at the sample file. It looks good at PX resolution, but if it is converted to a higher resolution, you will see the effect similar to cropping edges.

 

Example #1: Single Image (view demo)

A simple method to fix the problem: make the image edge color the same as the background color of the BODY label. I use the background of Web Designer Wall as an example. Check the background image. Do you have fixed the same color on the Image Edge?
