How to use Excel to create the dictation of a word

1. Run Excel, enter "word", "word", "spelling", and "result" in A1, B1, C1, D1 cells respectively.

2. In the "word" and "meaning" in the two columns, enter the words you want to write dictation and the meaning of the corresponding words.

3. Select D2 Cell, click the "function" command under the "Insert" menu, select the exact function in the "text" sequence in the pop-up dialog box, and click "OK" (as shown in the picture).

Then in the Open Exact Function dialog box, enter A2, C2 in Text1 and TEXT2, respectively, indicating that this function is used to compare A2 cells with the same string in C2 cell, when no words are entered in the C2 cell, or if the strings in two cells are not the same, The value of the D2 cell is false, and D2 cell is true if the C2 cell is exactly the same as the word in the A2 cell (including the case of letters).

4. Select cell D2, and drag the fill handle to fill the cells below D column.

5. Select Column A, right-click, and select Hide to hide column A.
