In Word2013, users can easily set up a picture as a document watermark. Users can also use clip art as a watermark by inserting clip art in a Word document header or footer and setting the clip as a "washout" effect, as described in the following procedure:
The 1th step is to keep the computer networked and open the Word2013 document window. Switch to the Insert Ribbon. Click the header or Footer button in the Header and footer group (in this case, click the Header button) and select the Edit Header command in the Open Footer panel, as shown in Figure 2013072933.

Step 2nd, open the Header and Footer tool Ribbon, and click the Online Picture button in the Insert Group on the Design tab, as shown in Figure 2013072934.

In step 3rd, open the Insert Picture dialog box, enter a search keyword in the Office.com clip art edit box (such as enter a person), and click the Search button, as shown in Figure 2013072935.

Step 4th, select the appropriate clip art in the list of displayed clip art search results, and click the Insert button, as shown in Figure 2013072936.
