Another LTS version of Ubuntu 10.04 is released. I first got the dvd version (the speed of ipv6 in school is fast), but I didn't have a dvd drive and wanted to install it immediately. What should we do? In the previous article, I talked about how to use EasyBCD hard disk to install the system from an iso file. The method mentioned in this article is only applicable to various PE systems, xp, etc. (vista, 7 does not seem to work ), not applicable to Linux systems. This article describes how to use EasyBCD to install Ubuntu from a hard disk.

This article describes how to use EasyBCD to install Ubuntu from a hard disk. The software used has been downloaded in [How to Use EasyBCD 2.0 to guide the iso File Installation System.
1. Start the software after EasyBCD 2.0 is installed:
Click the serial number (easily drawn, the word is ugly) and click "3" to display the following interface:
2. click the button in the red box to open a file in notepad and paste the following code to the end of the file:
Title Install Ubuntu 10.04
Root (hd0, 0)
Kernel (hd0, 0)/vmlinuz boot = casper iso-scan/filename =/ubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso ro quiet splash locale = zh_CN.UTF-8
Initrd (hd0, 0)/initrd. lz
For example:
At this point, the EasyBCD part is complete.
3. put the downloaded ubuntu iso file to the mobile hard disk (if it is in the hard disk of a computer, allocate the partition used for mounting the system first) under the root directory of a partition, and rename it 'ubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso '(remember to change to this name), then use the virtual optical drive to open the iso, the vmlinuz and initrd under the casper folder directory. copy lz to the C root directory.
OK, restart and select the NeoGrub Bootloader startup Item to go To the Ubuntu Desktop. Click the installation system on the desktop to install it.
