You must be harassed by a messy spam message that is sent through a mass function, so how can you refuse to send a message to a recipient that is not your own? It's easy to implement in Outlook Express. Start Outlook Express, click the Tools menu, select the Mail option on the Mail Rule submenu, and pop up the new Mail Rule dialog box, as shown in Figure 1.

In the "1. Select Rule Condition" column, select the "If the recipient row contains users" item, then click the "Include user" text link in the "3. Rule description" column, and pop the "Select User" dialog box and enter your e-mail address in the input box above (Figure 2).

When you click the Add button, the e-mail message is added to the Personal list box below. Select this e-mail address in the list box, and click the Options button to open the Rule Conditional Options dialog box, which is selected in the "Mail does not contain the following users" option in the Rule Conditional Options dialog box, as shown in Figure 3.

Click the OK button continuously, and return to the New Mail Rule dialog box, in the 2. Select Rule Action column, select Delete from server item, as shown in Figure 4.

Click the OK button and you will no longer receive a mass spam message.
