How to use Xmind 6 to create a schedule

1, double hit Open xmind 6, will enter the template Selection page, because we make the schedule, I generally choose the following figure shown in the "Task List" template, this template has a general framework, for beginners is more practical. Double-click "Task List" to create a mind map (i.e. Xmind 6).

2, after entering the editing interface, you can double-click the content item we want to modify to make changes, as shown in the following figure.

3, if you want to add content under a Content box, right click on the content box, left-click the "Insert" under the "sub-theme" option, the "Task" box to insert content is also the case, as shown in the figure. To delete a content box, simply click the "Delete" button in the right-click dropdown box.

4, I think the mind map and other commonly used Office software is different than the structure of the progress box and the most important thing is "task priority" and "task progress" insert and use. As shown in the picture, select the box you want to insert and click on the right ellipse area of the "task priority", if you want to modify, left click on the icon to select again.

5, may be your task with a simple vocabulary description may not fully express the meaning or fear that they forget, you can right-click on the selection of the box, click the dropdown box under the "Remarks", and then in the pop-up input box to enter specific text.

6, if you want to delete already entered the icon, right click on the icon, in the pop-up drop-down box input Click "Delete" can be.

7. When we have partially or wholly completed a task, you can click on the "Task progress" icon, in the Drop-down box to select your task progress, because the Mind Map task progress classification is simpler, just select the close or to each subtask also add "task progress", complete a tick to select one.

8, every time the content of the mind map changes do not forget to click the following figure in the location of the "save" button to avoid data loss.
