1. First, click the icon next to "variable" in the toolbar in NiceLabel 6, and then click "keyboard input" variable in the drop-down menu.
2. In the change wizard window, click "next ".
3. In this dialog box, specify the prefix or suffix of the object, select "open Advanced Options dialog box", and click finish.
4. Switch the pop-up advanced options dialog box to the prompt tab. Select "per" in the prompt box, and set the number of tags for the same variable as required. In this example, set it to 1, that is, each NiceLabel tag is input from the keyboard.
"Per": prompt the user to enter the variable value for a specified number of tags.
5. After completing the preceding settings, click OK. Click the position of the variable to be placed in the label to generate the keyboard input variable. You can also right-click an object, select variable attributes, and modify the attributes of the input variables on the keyboard.
6. Print preview: a prompt is displayed for entering the variable value on the keyboard next to each point.
