How to use PowerPoint slide Presenter view
1, connect the second monitor, simulate the projector screen facing the audience
Connect the second monitor to the computer's display output interface and power it on. Because no settings have been made, the second monitor is still a black screen.
2, the computer display extended to the second monitor
On the first monitor, access Control Panel--> appearance and personalized--> display--> connect to an external monitor, click the Detect button, and then select the expand Display in the Multi-monitor drop-down list and click the Apply button below. The system asks if you want to keep the settings, click Keep changes, the second monitor is lit, and then click OK.
3. Start PowerPoint, create a new slide
Start--> All Programs-->microsoft office-->microsoft PowerPoint 2010, start the PowerPoint program, close the blank slide, and then the file--> the new--> swatch template-- > Modern albums--> created, create a new slide.
4. Add notes to each slide as handouts
View tab--> Presentation View Group--> notes page, add notes to each slide, and the text is intended to be visible when you are demonstrating, and the audience is invisible. They can only see slides.
5. Start Presenter View
View tab--> Presentation View Group--> Normal view, return to normal view; then: Slide Show tab--> Monitor Group, select Use Presenter view. Depending on the situation, select the display position of the slide in the Drop-down list at the display location, which refers to the display (or projection screen) that the audience sees.
6. Play Slides
Slide Show tab--> start the slide show group--> start from scratch, or press F5 directly to start the slide show. The right side of the display is for the audience, only slides, the left monitor is on your own, you can see each slide's notes (handouts), and you can easily control the playback of the slide.
