How to use PPT clip

The first step: first download the installation PPT clip software

Step Two:

"Import" PPT material for centralized management

Click on the "+" on the left side of the software, you can drag the selected PPT material into the orange box to complete the addition of the material.

Note: If the imported PPT material has been tagged by category, you can go directly to the category without having to categorize the tags again.

Adding "category Mark" to ppt material, sorting and sorting files

The PPT material appearing in the "Pending collation" category is not categorized, and the simple sorting mark is required for ease of use, as follows:

1, choose PPT Material

2, click on the software in the upper right corner of the "sticky pin" icon, in the dialog box to select the corresponding classification, classification can be viewed under the corresponding main category

Add a detailed "category mark" to the PPT material, and sort the files in a high level

After you have entered the main category, you can continue with the detailed category tag, as an example of "logical Diagram", as follows:

1, choose PPT Material

2, click on the software in the upper right corner of the "Sticky note nail" icon, in the dialog box that appears again select "Logical Relationship" "Expand Mode" "style effect" "Space Performance" "Animation Add" category, classification can be viewed under the corresponding main category

Quick filter to view PPT material with detailed "category markers"

After entering the main classification, the PPT material can be sorted and filtered to view, with "logical diagram" as an example, the steps are as follows:

1, choose PPT Material

2, in the dialog box that appears, click on any option to view the corresponding category of PPT material

Add "tags" to the ppt material to quickly locate the material

After entering the main classification, the PPT material can be quickly tagged, with the example of "logical diagram", the steps are as follows:

1, choose PPT Material

2, click the "Bookmark" icon in the upper-right corner of the software to add or remove "tags" to the selected PPT material in the dialog box that appears

Note: Do not choose PPT Material and click on the "bookmark" icon in the upper right corner of the software to filter the selection by "label"

Add "star" sort to common PPT material

All not collated ppt material of the sinus are 0 stars, you can add stars to the PPT material by the weight of the order, steps as follows:

1, choose PPT Material

2, click on the "Pentagram" icon below the PPT material, you can add or change the "star" to the selected PPT material in the dialog box that appears

Note: Do not select PPT material and directly click on the "Pentagram" icon below the PPT material can be selected by "star" filter

Can be "classified mark" PPT material "export" to share to other users, the user will "export" PPT material again into the PPT material folder software can be classified according to the original material classification status automatically

The export steps are as follows:

1, choose PPT Material

2, click on the software in the upper right corner of the "Dot link" icon, you can select the ppt material copy exported to the designated folder!
