2. After the installation program is complete, place the single-page document on the document glass panel face down, or load the document forward up into the manuscript.
3. Open the Easy Document Creator software and click scan ].

If the scan is gray and cannot be selected, click search, select start search, and select your printer in the search results, then click OK.
4. Select document scan ]. (There are multiple scanning methods in the scan. You can select one based on the scan File Requirements. The following uses "document scan" as an example .)
Image Scanning:Scans one or more images.
Document Scanning: Used to scan documents that contain text or images.
Text conversion:Scans documents that need to edit the text format.
Book Scan:Used to scan books with a flat scanner.
5. The machine starts pre-scanning files automatically. After pre-scanning is completed, Click Scan ]. (Scan settings can be performed according to the scan File requirements .)
6. After scanning, set the items in the red box according to your needs, and click save.
