What tags should the keywords in a webpage be displayed on? This determines how much the search engine tutorials like the webpage, and is crucial to the ranking of the webpage. Here, Ouyang Chun, a SEO lecturer at Gengtima.com, will share his thoughts:

1. Use of keywords on common labels

There are many types of tags for a webpage, which are usually listed in the ranking and frequently used:

<Title> Page title </title>
<Meta name = "keywords" content = "keyword"/>
<Meta name = "description" content = "website description"/>
<H1> page topic <H2> page relevance title <H3> page relevance title ......

<A href = "/" title = "link description"> Link words </a>
<Strong> keyword emphasis </strong>
<U> keyword emphasis </u>
<Em> key words </em>

From the code above, the keywords are generally displayed on these tags, which can better help the webpage to be interpreted by search engines and improve the keyword ranking of the webpage. Of course, these are relatively basic. Search engines can understand the content of a web page much more than those tags. We can only say that these tags account for a considerable proportion.

2. Correct use of common labels

In the tag mentioned at the first point, the most important tags include the Title tag, H tag, and emphasis tag. The Ttile tag is the most important tag in all webpages, followed by the H tag, emphasizing that the tag is at the end of the three.

<1> Title: The Title layout generally adopts full match and word segmentation match, and rarely uses absolute match. Many people often describe titles in the form of "Typesetting", such as the title "SEO | SEO training | Jin Ge Tie Ma SEO-jin Ge Tie Ma SEO management consultant ", people using this title are trying to layout keywords in the form of a complete match. Apart from the poor readability of the title, can you see a problem in the title?

We can see the title "SEO | SEO training | Jin Ge Tie Ma SEO, which uses the" | "symbol in the title. Many people think this is a so-called separator. I remember that we learned Chinese punctuation during elementary school, but I have never seen it, nor have I heard the teacher say it is a separator. The separator is "-,.". "|" Does not comply with Chinese standards.

<2> Keywords: it is basically abandoned by most search engines and is no longer used as a factor in search ranking.

<3> Description: it is not only a simple self-introduction of the website, but also an important label for providing users with information reading. If you are concerned about it, the search engine will not abandon it. The description on the user's search results page is about 30% of the attention.

<4> H tag: H tag has the highest weight among several H1 tags, and H1 is the title of an essay. H2, H3, and other tags are page-related topic tags. Other than the H1 label can be used multiple times.

<5> Strong Em U: These three tags have little difference in their functions. They all play a stronger role in the keywords of web pages. Until now, there are still many people who mistakenly think that the use of tags such as <B> and <I> can achieve the same effect.
