Word2013 How to use the AutoText feature:

Add AutoText: Enter and select the content you want to save the definition (can be text, graphics, images, or tables, and so on).

On the Insert tab, click Document Layout, select AutoText, and then click Save the selection to the AutoText gallery.

Open the New Building Block dialog box, enter the name you want to save, such as Biaoti, and then click OK.

Now to create a new document, you can enter "Biaoti" in the document when we need to use the contents of the anthology again.

Note: You can also do this, on the Insert tab, click Document Layout-AutoText, and select the artwork you want to insert.

Now the carriage return effect is shown in the following figure.

Delete AutoText content: On the Insert tab, click Document Layout, select AutoText, and then select the AutoText you want to delete, and then right-click to select Organize and delete.
