Step One: First we open the Word document that needs to be read aloud, and then we click the File tab in the upper-left corner of the panel.

Step four: Then you'll see a "common command" button that we click on the small inverted triangle behind the button.

Step six: Then go back to the panel shown in Figure 1, where we find the "read aloud" option in the list, and then click the "Add" button, which is then clicked, as shown in Figure 2.
