The recipient is not using Outlook.

The recipient is not logged on to the mail service provider.

The message has been moved from the inbox.

The message has been read. This includes viewing the preview pane of the message so that the message is marked as read.

Note: This message recall feature is available only in the Enterprise Workgroup option.

Operation Steps:

1, open the mail you have sent
