How to use the Workgroup Administrator utility in Access 2007

1. In Access 2007, open the Trust database, or enable macros in an existing database.

2. Create tabs in other groups, macros, and then modules.

3. Create the subroutine, and then paste the following VisualBasic code example into the subroutine.

DoCmd.RunCommand Accmdworkgroupadministrator

4. Press the F 5 key to run the code.

Method 2: Use the RunCommand macro action

1. In Access 2007, open the Trust database, or enable macros in an existing database.

2. On the Create tab, click the macro in the other group, and then click the macro.

3. On the Design tab, click Show/Hide groups to show all the actions.

4. On the Macro 1 tab, click the RunCommand Action column, and then click the Workgroupadminstrator command list.

5. Click A0 > Save.

6. In the tool group, click Run.
