How to use triggers in ppt slides Control Sound

1. Select the audio icon on the slide, open the Animation tab in the Ribbon, and click the Animation Pane button in the Advanced Animation group to open the Animation panes pane, as shown in Figure 1.

2. In the Animation pane pane, click the Lower Triangular button to the right of the sound option, and select the Effect Options option in the Open Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 2. The Play Audio dialog box opens, setting the sound playback on the Effects tab, setting the sound to play from 25th seconds, playing 3 slides and stopping the sound playback, as shown in Figure 3.

3. Draw 3 text boxes for sound playback control buttons and apply shaded shape styles to them, as shown in Figure 4. Click the Lower Triangular button to the right of the sound option in the Animation pane pane and select the timing option in the Open Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 5.
