Windows Media Center has launched the "Internet video" feature, which allows us to watch a massive video program without the help of a Third-party network TV tool (note: This feature supports the WIN7 system and does not support the Home normal edition).
The first step: in the Control Panel, select Clock, language, and area → change display language to open the Regional and Language dialog box, and in the Format and Location tabs, select Format and current position as Chinese (simplified, Chinese) and China respectively.
Step two: In the Manage tab, click the Copy Settings button, open the Welcome screen and new user Account Settings dialog box to see if the "Display language" in the Welcome Screen bar is "Chinese", whether the location is "China", and if not, check to copy the current setting to the Welcome screen and System account item, return to the parent interface after confirmation, click OK.
Step three: Start Windowsmediacenter. In the appearance of the interface, click the "Continue" and "fast" button, the system tray area will display a program update icon, and so the icon disappears, restart the program.
Fourth step: Under the TV bar, see if there is an extra "Internet video" item. If so, you can click it, click the Install button in the next interface, install the playback component, and play the video as you like. Windowsmediacenter currently supports online video sites including: China International Broadcasting Station, Sohu and Sina.
Tip: Windows Media Center has been used before, and when the program is started, the program is automatically updated without manual intervention.
Fifth step: If the "Internet video" item does not appear, indicating that the update did not succeed, then you need to download our provided mandatory update file, run the file as an administrator, at which point, the screen will appear command line window, do not close it. The program will force updates to Windows Media Center, update it, restart the program, and see if the "Internet video" entry appears.
