Viewing hardware configuration with Device Manager

After you enter the operating system, you can also use Device Manager to view the hardware configuration with the DirectX Diagnostics Tool when you install the hardware driver. Let's see how you can use Device Manager to view hardware information. On the desktop, right-click on the "My Computer" icon, select "Properties" from the menu that appears, open the System Properties window, click "Hardware-Device Manager" and display all hardware devices configured in the Device Manager. From top to bottom in order the CD-ROM drive, disk controller chip, CPU, disk drive, monitor, keyboard, voice and video information, and the lower is the display card.
