How to view the last user using the workbook in Excel2003
In Excel 2003, for users who have opened a workbook, you can use a trick to view the last user who opened the workbook, regardless of whether there is a change:
Right-click the icon in the destination workbook, select Open With on the shortcut menu that pops up, open the Open With dialog box, select Notepad in the list box, and use Notepad to open the workbook as shown in the figure:
