It is convenient to view the system installation time in windows. In linux, because root, bin, daemon and other accounts are created during system installation, the creation time of these accounts is basically the installation time of the Linux system:
[Root @ centos5 ~] # Passwd-S root
Root PS 2011-07-19 0 99999 7-1 (Password set, MD5 crypt .)
[Root @ centos5 ~] # Passwd-S bin
Bin LK 2011-07-19 0 99999 7-1 (Alternate authentication scheme in use .)
[Root @ centos5 ~] # Passwd-S daemon
Daemon LK 2011-07-19 0 99999 7-1 (Alternate authentication scheme in use .)
