Open the presentation, navigate to the beginning of the dubbing slide, and perform the slide → show recording narration command.
Open the Record Narration dialog box and press the OK button directly.
In the dialog that pops up, select the current Slide button, enter the slide show status, and start recording while the show is on.
At the end of playback and recording, right-click, and in the shortcut menu that pops up, select the "End Show" option, exit the recording status, and in the dialog box that pops up, select the "Save" button and exit.
Attention:
① If you select the link Narration command in the Record Narration dialog box, the corresponding narration sounds are saved as separate sound files, separated by slides, when you save the slides later.
② Open the Set Up Show dialog box, select the Show without narration option, and make sure that you return and do not play the sound file when you play the document.
③ uses this feature to perform any recording operation, much better than the system's "recorder" function.
