First Enter all the text in Word, and then put all the content that you want as a PPT title, format it as a title in the style, and save it after you set it up.
Next into PowerPoint 2016, switch to the Insert tab, click New slide → slide (from outline), select the Word outline document you just saved in the Open Insert Outline dialog box, click Insert, and the Word outline document becomes a PowerPoint presentation.
Delete some of the possible more blank slides, and then the import of the title and text content to adjust the position, set a good format, the PPT text part of the rapid production completed. Next, of course, is a variety of text beautification, add pictures, backgrounds and other decorative.
In fact, there is a more direct way. First edit all the text in Word that you want in PowerPoint, set the headings at all levels, and then select all of the copies.
Next, go into PowerPoint, switch to the View tab, and click "Outline view." Place the cursor in the slide outline on the left and press CTRL + V to paste. The pasted contents are all on the same slide. At this point, place the cursor where you want to switch the number of PPT pages and press ENTER to quickly generate new slides. And so on, complete all pagination, and finally the content of a variety of modifications, a PPT is produced.
