Log on to the Windows Server 2012 server.

As shown in the following illustration, in the Open Server Manager interface, click Manage/Server Management properties;

3. When you open the Server Management properties interface, check "Do not start server management automatically at logon", as shown in the following figure, and click "OK" button;
