How Windows Server 2012 adds a computer icon to the desktop

After the Windows Server 2012 system is installed, the desktop defaults to only one icon for the Recycle Bin, how do you add icons for window-used icons (computers, control panels, networks, user files) to the desktop?

Method/Step

1. Open the Run window:

Press win directly (the Microsoft logo key on the keyboard) +r

2. Copy the following run command to the Command window and click OK button:

rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl,,0

3. In the Open Desktop Icon Settings window, select the desktop icon that you want to display on your desktop and click OK.
