how Word 2003 and Word 2007 quickly "paste without formatting"
Word 2003
Open a Word 2003 window, click Tools/Macros/visual Basic Editor, open the Microsoft Visual Basic window, select the "Normal" option in the engineering column on the left, and click the Insert/module option to open a module window. Enter the following code:
Sub Mypaste ()
Selection.pasteandformat (Wdformatplaintext)
End Sub
Close save, return to Word window, click the "Tools/Customize/Keyboard" button, select Macros in the Categories bar, select the unformatted paste option in macros on the right, position the cursor to the press new shortcut key entry box, and then press the keyboard key to assign a shortcut key for unformatted paste. For example, press the "Ctrl+shift+v" key at the same time, then click the "Specify" button, "ctrl+shift+v" becomes "No format paste" shortcut keys. After copying the Web page text, only to press the "CTRL+SHIFT+V" can be directly to the unformatted paste operation, very convenient. If you want to invoke the unformatted paste feature by using a toolbar button, then click the Tools/Customize/Command tab, select Macros in the Categories bar, select the unformatted paste option in command, and drag and drop it to the toolbar to create the button. Right-click the button, change the button name to unformatted paste in the Name box, and close the Customize dialog box. You can quickly perform an unformatted paste operation by simply clicking on the "Unformatted Paste" button on the toolbar.
word2007
Open Word 2007, click on the "View" tab, find the rightmost "macro" click, select "View Macros", the top input macro name such as "No Format paste", click on the right "create", entered the VB Editor. Copy the following code into:
Sub Unformatted Paste ()
' No format paste macros
Selection.pasteandformat (Wdformatplaintext)
End Sub
Shut down! Back to word2007, click the Office logo button in the upper-left corner, select "Word Options" below, click "Customize" on the left-hand side, then click "Customize" (T) on the left "category", and select "Macros" in the left "categories", to the right to find what we have just created. No format selective paste, then click "Press new shortcut key (N)" Inside, press "Alt+ctrl+v", then click "Specify (A)", close. Are you sure.
After copying the Web page text, only to press the "CTRL+SHIFT+V" can be directly to the unformatted paste operation, very convenient. Also, in Word Options, click Customize on the left column, and choose macros without formatting to add to the custom Quick Launch, which you can use as a shortcut menu.
