If you can make graphics software, you could design one yourself, you can go online to search for a cover that fits your heart. On a common toolbar in a Word document, click the Insert----picture, locate the local saved picture path, and insert the picture into the Word document.

Select the picture you inserted in Word, as shown in the following picture, when a dotted line appears, the picture has been selected.

On the favorite toolbar, insert----Cover Page-----Save the selection to the cover page gallery

In the pop-up dialog box, fill in as needed, click OK

So your custom image is saved to the word cover library (pictured below), so you can use it anytime, or you can save your favorite cover design to the cover, as long as you need to click Insert-Cover, choose the one you like.
