When writing a book or a document in Word, we all have a habit of emptying two characters in front of each paragraph, which makes it easy for readers to distinguish between paragraphs. Some people are accustomed to using a few blanks to replace, some people are accustomed to using white space character V1 instead (like every tutorial on Word Alliance website is to mark a paragraph with V1). Word2003 First Line Indent 2 character method:
① First, select the paragraph to indent, or select the full text directly;
② Select paragraph in the format of the menu bar, select first Line indent in the special format under indent and spacing in the pop-up paragraph window, and then set to 2 characters in measure to make sure it is OK.
First Line indent 2 character method in Word2007:
① Select the full text, then go to the Start tab, and then click the Small button in the Paragraph tab, red circle below;
② then select first Line indent in special format in the paragraph window, and the point value is set to 2 characters.
