Step Two: Click the Protect Document button on the newly appearing page.

Step Three: The pop-up menu appears, found in the menu with a password to encrypt and click.

Step four: Enter the password to encrypt, and then click the OK button. This password is used to enter when the document needs to be opened when the encryption is complete, and you cannot open the encrypted document without knowing the password.

Step five: Enter the password again to confirm, two times the password needs to be consistent.

Step Six: The document can be encrypted successfully. When successful, the system displays the protected document and must provide a password to open the document.

Step seven: Exit after saving the document, and you will need to enter a password to open and view the document again.

Step Eight: Password input and click OK button, the contents of the document will be automatically displayed.
