Knowledge Point Analysis:
For Windows XP systems, there are many ways to create user accounts. These include the use of the cmd command line NET command, or the graphical interface of the control Panel, and the Local Users and groups in the Computer Management console. The latter has many custom functions, this article takes this as an example to carry on the operation demonstration.
Operation Steps:
1. On the system desktop to find and use the right mouse button click on the "My Computer" icon, and then select "Management (G)" In the pop-up menu, as shown in the following image:
2. In the Computer Management window that pops up, expand users under Local Users and Groups on the left menu, and click the right mouse button in the right margin and select "New User (N) ..." In the pop-up menu. As shown in the following illustration:
3. In the pop-up of the new user to create a dialog box, enter the user name such as: Liuyong, other options according to the actual situation of their own check or input. Once confirmed, click the "Create (E)" button, as shown in the following figure:
4. If the settings meet the requirements, the system will not make any prompts that means the creation of success, click the "Close" button to return to the interface just now you can see the new user name. Select the user name and right-click, and choose Properties (R) from the pop-up menu. As shown in the following illustration:
5. In the Pop-up Properties dialog box, click the "affiliate to" tab, and then click the "Add (D) ..." button. As shown in the following illustration:
6. In the Pop-up Selection Group dialog box, click the "Advanced (A) ..." button directly. As shown in the following illustration:
7. In the Advanced dialog box, click the "Find (N)" button now, then select "Administrators" in the next list and double-click or "OK". As shown in the following illustration:
8. Then continue to click "OK" button. As shown in the following illustration:
9. At this point you can see that the permissions of the Administrators group have been added to the user's constituency, at which point the confirmation button can be clicked to end the creation process. As shown in the following illustration:
10. When you log off or restart the system again, the account has administrator rights, as shown in the following figure:
