If the boss is still unable to realize the seriousness of the problem, he will lose the necessary sincerity to keep the employees in mind, the phenomenon of "labor shortage" is destined to break out in a certain period of time, but there are no more goods. How can this benefit be achieved?

It can be seen that the company launched a certain measure, not only taking into account the interests of the owners, but also taking care of the interests of employees, at least not to fight, the salary will be reduced if the salary is higher, if the salary is low, is it timely. If we put ourselves in a strong position, we will not lose enough in the long run? From any point of view, it is unwise to arbitrarily reduce wages to harm the interests of workers. Why not take more humanistic care and treat employees as masters, and their treatment is high, it is possible to maintain that passion and do a better job.
