Attribute name	Description
Value	The actual quantity displayed in the element. The default value of this attribute is 0. You can specify a small floating point number for this attribute.
Min	Specifies the minimum value that can be used in the specified range. The default value of this attribute is 0. When the minimum value is set, the value cannot be light rain.
Max	Specifies the maximum value that can be used in the specified range. If the value of this attribute is set to be smaller than the min attribute value, the browser sets min to the maximum value. The default value of the max attribute is 1.
Low	The lower limit of the specified range must be less than or equal to the value of the high attribute. Similarly, if the low attribute value is smaller than the min attribute value, the browser regards the min attribute value as the low attribute value.
High	The upper limit of the specified range. If the attribute value is smaller than the low attribute value, the low attribute value is considered as the high attribute value.
