Html5-phpstrom How to change the way files are opened

For example I have created a file main.xx (the extension is not PHP, for security, not for others to access), but I would like to be able to edit the php file way to edit it (PHP method hints and code color)

I see people using Hbuilder can right click on the file, select Open with, choose in Editor,
I don't know if phpstrom can do this.

Open optionsPreferences > Editor > File Types
Found PHP , in which the Registered Patterns corresponding file recognition rules are added, such as *.xx files that can be identified xx as extensions.


