HTTP Error 500.21-internal Server error solution

Recently reinstalled the Windows7, after installing the VS2010 development Platform, published the Web site to IIS, the following error occurred in the access:

HTTP Error 500.21-internal Server error handler "Nickleecallbackhandler" has an error module in its module list "Managedpipelinehandler"

Cause: After you install the framework v4.0, IIS is enabled, causing the framework to not be fully installed

FIX: Start with all programs, accessories, right-click Command prompt, run as Administrator->%windir%\microsoft.net\framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_ Regiis.exe-i

If not, check the application pool for IIS, use Integrated mode, or change to Integrated mode if not
