HTTP 404.2-not found "the content of the IIS 7.5 request seems to be a script, so it cannot be processed by a static file handler.

Solution:

UseASPnet_Regiis.exeRegistration.NetFramework

After IIS is re-installed, you need to use ASPnet_Regiis.exeTo register.NetFramework

Run CMD and enter:

C: \ windows \ Microsoft. NET \ framework \ v4.0.30319 \ aspnet_regiis-I

(V4.0.30319 depends on the actual. NET Framework)

After installation, restart IIS.

Solution: Choose IIS root node> ISAPI and CGI restriction on the right> set the prohibited DOTNET version item to allow.
