HTTP remote download

Httpremote download file fopen(www.xxxx.com1.txt, r); txt, xml can open fopen (www. xxxx. com1.php, r); only HTML-related content can be viewed, and fopen (. 1.php, r); all content can be seen locally. could you tell me: how can I remotely open php files and download files remotely through HTTP?
