Httpd.exe high CPU usage Solution

After returning home these days, I re-installed the system, but I found that httpd.exe occupies 100% of the CPU resources in the commonly used apmservers.
I checked the website for a long time and did not find a proper solution.
In this case, the PHP environment is built by the worker group. However, after apach.exe is enabled, the resource usage of apach.exe is 100%.
By searching for Apach 100% on the Internet, we found that a website prompt may be an application ProgramBurst.
Therefore, the system is reinstalled and apmserv runs normally.
Start to exclude.

The final fire wall installed with pirated versions is found to be problematic.
