Httpwebresponse request time is too long (about 10 seconds)

In the past, httprequest uses the IE proxy by default. Some machines check the "auto check settings" of the IE proxy and automatically detect the proxy in the first request. This check takes a long time. If it is canceled, it will be OK.

IE-> Tools-> Internet Options-> connection-> LAN Settings-> Automatic Detection settings.
