I thought it was early enough to get up at a.m. on Saturday. It would not have been so early. I didn't know that I was wrong until I had finished ZTE at noon: the good news is that I was notified of  openday. The bad news is that I got up earlier on Sunday, because chengyan took at least two hours by car.



The National Technical Test is despised



At noon, ZTE rushed back to the school by taking a bus. for fear of missing the test opportunity, it returned to the school after an hour and half of turbulence, however, I did not find myself or some of my colleagues in the list of tests published by the National Technology Team, nor did I receive text messages, which seems to have been despised, I thought it would be the same as that of many other companies.



Later, I went to the test room with a few students to see if I could make a strong pen. There were a lot of students who were despised like me on the balcony outside the classroom. Many of them were just as Bumpy as I was, I have no idea why it is despised. The Executive Director of an ic r & D department of the National Technology Department is responsible for the presentation and written test (it is estimated that there should also be some things about the contract signing for the interview). Later, I spoke a few words to you on the balcony, I did not expect that there would be so many people and I didn't prepare so many papers. In fact, I personally feel that this is an excuse. I can't even write a test, the background will certainly know how many people have voted for the online application. I can only say that my resume has been selected after the online application. It is not clear how to choose it, it may be random because the total number of employees of the national technology team is now 600, so it is doomed that, even with the average growth rate of 50% in the past three years, the country can recruit up to 300 people, the entire written examination interview process is very compact until the letter of contract is signed, and the next day after the written examination, the examination screening will be completed to provide the interview list, therefore, it is doomed to reduce the number of people who have written the test as much as possible. Later, after some analysis above, it may be difficult to figure it out, so I didn't say I had to make a strong decision. After half an hour, I withdrew.



I valued this company very much before, because I wanted to work in Shenzhen, so I began to pay attention to it when I knew that the people were coming to recruit people, later, at the presentation, I knew that there was still a central enterprise background (27.5% of a central enterprise's shares, 13.5% of ZTE's shares, and 9.9% of others did not remember the nature of the shares). So I thought it was good to enter the company, but the result was the result, therefore, you cannot share your experience with others.



Openday



I learned from ZTE's experience and lessons on Saturday and set two alarm clocks, one at six o'clock and the other. On Sunday morning, I got up when I got the first alarm. I didn't have to worry about it any more. Considering that even if the school canteen opened the door, I went to the bus to get food at the stall outside, by the way, two fried dough sticks and one small bowl of soy milk cost three yuan, and the stuff outside is really expensive.



At less than seven o'clock, he arrived at the waiting place for the bus. Ye was always there shouting "One for ten sands, two for two ", in fact, for a moment I wanted to go to the wild, but considering that I could not go to Jinsha, maybe I could not go to the bus, and they also said that the car I waited for was coming at eight o'clock, I am a critical person and don't trust them much, so I decided to wait for a while. Later, when I got more than, I was unable to go to the bus platform to see the brand, it used to be the first shuttle bus at half past seven on the weekend. I @ # $ ...... At that time, I was in a hurry. Fortunately, it was not far from half past seven, so I waited.



Fortunately, at half past seven, the bus that had been waiting for a long time also came, and there were too many people. After a great deal of effort, I finally squeezed out. After two hours of turbulence, we finally arrived at Tianfu Software Park. Fortunately, we were looking for C8, and we arrived at the first floor of C8 when we were late for more than 10 minutes at. Fortunately, everyone was waiting, just sign in, complete the sign-in procedures, and then arrange with the large army, listen to HR said a few words. More than 120 of us were divided into three groups, with more than 40 people in one group. Each group was led by one HR to visit their office rooms.



Because it was Sunday, there was no one in the office area. After reading the entire 4 th floor, only one person was working overtime. I don't know if there is no rumor about overtime work, or do I have to give an advance notice to employees so that they don't need to come on weekends? I would like to trust the previous article, haha ...... Seeing that the computer on the desk was so close, I felt that there was no spacious Teaching and Research Section. HR explained to us that this was agile development and everyone was very close to each other to facilitate communication. Later, I visited two labs, and I couldn't understand a lot of things, because it is said that the research institute is mainly used as a base station.



Later, at, I was taken to the restaurant of Tianfu Software Park for dinner. Because it was Sunday, there was no one except us, and the configuration was 2, 1, and 1, so I felt like I was still used to it, it may be related to eating for the first time. If you have been eating it for a long time, you may not be able to eat it here, so before the visit, HR also mentioned this restaurant, which seems to be quite a word. Twelve o'clock P.M. AM to am is the free time for everyone's activities. After standing for a morning, I was so tired that I ran to the place where I had a meeting in the afternoon to sit and have a meeting, at this time, some spoof clips made by  were put in the conference hall. Everyone was very happy in funny places, if it's an introduction from loop playback companies, it's boring.



At one o'clock, everyone will be divided into four groups to take photos. At the end of openday, each person will be given a picture taken today, and then each person is writing some feelings and suggestions for this activity. During this period, it seems that I have invited a boss from the HR department to communicate with you, and then I have invited some senior students from different schools to communicate with you face to face. The entire openday activity ended at over. It was already when I got back to school. Let's share some of the information I got from openday with you:



01.The entire openday is around seven days in Chengdu, while Chongqing is only two and a half days. I don't know where to visit Chongqing, each type of job has its own session. For example, Sunday is a R & D session, and two days ago it is a sales/Server session. Different positions may be visited. This is just speculation, I do not know.



02.The window glass in the office area can be turned off as a whiteboard and painted on it, so that everyone can participate in the discussion of the project team in the original position. I really appreciate this design.



03.HR said that participation is the same as not taking part in openday, and there is no impact on the subsequent issuance of offer. However, everyone still has doubts about this, so many people can still participate in it.



04.When it comes to issuing offer, the specific time has not yet been determined, probably before and after the National Day, and the specific treatment has not yet been determined, and the specific recruitment indicators may not have been determined, this is determined by research institutes in other regions. For example, if CHENG Yan is in charge of recruitment in Chengdu and Chongqing, if some people want to work in Beijing, the number of people recruited to the Institute is determined by the Institute. The same applies to other regions.

In fact, wants to go overseas, even in Africa, it is not that easy, and it must be assessed, the most important thing is that you are willing to send you overseas without your consent or even knowledge.

On openday, a classmate asked: Does  have an old employee who occupies a relatively high position and does not do much work? They don't care about salary because their stock income will be much higher than their salary. At that time, one HR and one boss who answered the question rejected the situation and explained the situation as follows: the new Labor Law stipulates that an employee has been working for the company for ten years, the company may not dismiss the employee unless the employee voluntarily leaves the company. In this case, it is possible that the old employee takes up his position and does not work. In this case, the length of service for an employee is cleared. The length of service for the employee is not mandatory , if you agree to the buyout,  will provide compensation to its employees, that is, compensation for N + 1 , the specific calculation scheme is that you get the average monthly salary of the previous year/12 months, and then multiply by the Working Life + 1, that is to say, if you are 8 years old,  will compensate 9 × average monthly salary .
I think most employees are willing to buy out their service life, but those who have been at  for so long must have adapted to the pace of , at that time, HR gave her own example. She was at  after 8 years of work , buyout duration , her current car was bought after obtaining the length of service compensation for the buyout. You can estimate how much it will be. Even if you calculate the monthly salary of the current subscription, 8 K × (8 + 1) = 72 K, and we don't know the HR salary.

Besides, when  worked overtime on Saturday, the last Saturday of each month had to work overtime. At that time, learned from the Exchange conference after coming to the school lecture, it is also used to fill in the gap that may be missing before or after the holiday, or to take a break. This is a great use when you go home for the New Year.



11.The most important thing is about "Fighting agreement"At that time, some people also asked questions. As HR said before, as long as you dare to ask me, I would dare to answer the question.
