Huawei says it is open to cooperation with India's state-owned telecoms equipment maker

"NetEase technology News" June 10, Huawei said in Wednesday, the company and India's state-owned telecommunications equipment manufacturers ITI cooperation open attitude.

ITI, an Indian state-owned company, said it had invited several investors who were interested in a stake in its three manufacturers to issue a preliminary bid, with the investor holding a 51%-74% per cent stake and the remaining shares held by ITI.

Huawei India has established alliances with ITI in the Indian transmission network, Huawei said in an e-mailed announcement. The announcement also said Huawei remained open to closer cooperation with its Indian partners.
