The Technical Department, production department, and other business departments of Huatian software and xiwo passenger car thoroughly reviewed the process, the data of historical materials, BOM of 900i model platform, standard parts library of automobile, and auxiliary materials of process tooling and tools were sorted. Import all the data to the PLM system and run the business process smoothly. Statistics on the collation and operation of various business data in the system are as follows:

1) models: all models, nearly 10 models.

2) component data: there are eight parts, and the number of parts is about 25 thousand.

3) drawing data: more than 20 thousand CAD drawings.

4) process data: there are nearly 20 process templates, and about 2000 of processes have been completed.

● The material cost of each configuration can be easily obtained. The material cost accounting process is expected to save 17 working days each year.

● Version control is implemented for all parts to make the changes clearer.

● Data management specifications for 3D Parts and Assembly have been established, and the management of 2D images has gradually evolved into the management of 3D digital models.

● All technical materials are stored in the system, which improves confidentiality through system permission settings.

● The delivery of technical documents is basically paperless, and the approval efficiency of technical documents is greatly improved. The approval process is expected to save 36 working days each year.

● The modular design improves the versatility of parts and reduces the number of parts (for example, the number of I body skeleton and frame parts is reduced from 28 to 8), and the inventory funds can be reduced, the inventory turnover time can be reduced.

● The product structure is clear and reasonable, and the BOM accuracy can be increased to 100%. The product configuration management is realized. The configuration Bom is generated directly through the selection, which is expected to save 122 working days each year.

● Design-Process Integration, process design and product design can be synchronized, And the development cycle of new products can be shortened by at least one month.

● The process route is divided from the current division of each vehicle to each State only once. The process route Division is expected to save 65 working days each year.
