Hvm tap vs VIF


The pv vm has only one vifx. n. When the PV driver is not installed on the hvm, there are two network interfaces vifx. N and tapx. N, which are actually used as tapx. n.
After the PV driver is installed on the hvm and restarted, tapx. N disappears and vifx. N is used (if not restarted, tapx. N is used)
Tap interfaces-> qemu-emulated partition (RealTek model by default), used
When no PV drivers installed (using OS 'oss driver for that model)

VIF interfaces (the one that you can rename)-> xen network frontend
