I attended Early Education Courses

The most unwilling part of work is learning. If a learning method is preferred by a child, I think adults will also like it. This is: Game + experience = learning, if your work is full of fun, you can practice what you have learned, and what you have learned is the best. In South Korea's Confucian School, there is usually a room called "time study hall ", that is to say, we should also practice it after learning. Otherwise, we will only talk about it on paper.

How can everyone make progress: rich experience, plus rich brains. Only by accumulating experience into the wealth of your own brain, this talent is progressive and rich.

What are the points that children need to focus on (how to train employees): health, health, emotion, social networking, language, and intelligence are indispensable.

I learned to think differently and look at problems from the perspective of children (employees). Training people through the learning methods that everyone is best at: Visual learning, tactile learning, auditory learning, objective learning, and thinking learning. Only by understanding which type of learning everyone belongs, your training is only effective. For example, you can talk more about the auditory type and do more operations on the tactile type. Otherwise, it is a waste of time on both sides.

Remember: Imagination is more important than knowledge, and imagination will gradually be lost.

Social: Smile type, reference type, activity type, imitation learning type, or learning type, exchange learning type, organizational learning type. If you are a sales staff or customer service staff, it is better to know more about these things.

Personality: confidence-building, self-recognition, group-friendly, child-friendly (friendly to employees), leadership thinking, cheerful and optimistic, studious and enterprising, my day is simply a guide to the survival of the workplace, if a company can find such an employee, it is a blessing of the company.

People: Do not underestimate the capabilities of children (employees). How can they make progress every day? Absorption + expression, a bit like tat: thinking power, Mobility Power, expressiveness, so with high standards, they will naturally meet this standard.
