I have Ubuntu too (1)-install the Linux Input Method

I finally completed Ubuntu and successfully installed the Linux little penguin Chinese input method.

A Brief Introduction:

First, configure the network link.

Then open the terminal

Enter the command

Sudo apt-Get install im-switch fcitx

Then download the corresponding software package.

After the download is complete, open/etc/X11/xinit/xinput. d/fcitx and edit it as follows.

Xim = Fcitx
Xim_program = /Usr/bin/fcitx
Xim_args = ""
Gtk_im_module = Xim
Qt_im_module = Xim
Depends = " Fcitx "

Then you need to use the command to switch the Input Method

Sudo im-switch-s fcitx
