Open the RSA software.

 

Click "file", "new", and select "project"

 

Select the UML project and click Next.

Enter project name -- Example

 

Select "empty package" and enter example_uml in the file name column.

 

 

Remove the "Default graph" from the check box before the default graph is created in the new package.

 

After the project is created, right-click the example_uml file and add a diagram-class diagram

 

 

After creation, rename it example_class:
