Step two: Download the Python-143.116.zip plugin in http://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/631

Step three: Unzip to Idea's plugins directory under Windows, E:\Idea\plugins\python-143.116

Fourth step: Choose the plugin installation method for Inatall plugin from disk ...

Note: Select E:\Idea\plugins\python-143.116\python\lib\python.jar Install now and restart idea

Fifth step: Create a Python project, configure the Python SDK

File/new Project/python, setting up the project SDK, E:\Python\python.exe, creating a Python project

Sixth step: New directory or package in the Python project, and write a simple test file to test whether the Python environment is configured successfully. trest.py
