Failure phenomena:
IdeaPad G470 Series Notebook graphics driver cannot be installed
Solution:
1. Make sure to use Lenovo's official graphics card driver, such as the use of non-Lenovo website issued by the driver, please download the installation to Lenovo official website. See 2 for specific ways.
2. If you can surf the Internet, download the driver via the host number (S/N on white label paper on the back of the host), the following address:
href= "Http://support1.lenovo.com.cn/lenovo/wsi/Modules/Drive.aspx" >http://support1.lenovo.com.cn/lenovo/wsi /modules/drive.aspx
3. Look at host naming (see the name of the host on the outer box or packing list), depending on the model, install the corresponding driver:
(1) G470: Install Intel integrated graphics first, then install AMD to switch the standalone graphics driver.
(2) g470g: Only the integrated video card can be installed.
(3) G470E: Install nvidia standalone graphics driver.
4. Special Circumstances:
(1) Non-XP system, such as unable to install, please continue to press the F2 button, enter the BIOS to set, the specific operation see appendix.
(2) If the machine is equipped with dual graphics cards under the XP system, it can only work with integrated graphics, and the discrete graphics card cannot be used.
(3) The use of non-original operating system may cause the driver of the official website can not be installed correctly, please back up important data and use Microsoft original system installation, or contact Lenovo to purchase a genuine operating system.
If the above situation can not solve the problem, you should consider the hardware failure, can be sent to the Lenovo official service network to assist the detection.
