Reason Analysis:
This type of problem is more related to graphics settings, game configuration requirements, game compatibility, graphics hardware, and so on.
Solution:

Note: Because the following actions require the need to adjust the display of the graphics card, please leave all windows open and the program running before you operate.
Step one: Use your mouse to right-click on the desktop, and click the "Show Card Properties" item in the pop-up menu, as shown below:
Step two: Use the mouse to click the "Preferences" item in the upper-right corner of the new window and click "Advanced View" in the pop-up menu, as shown below:
Step three: Please use the left mouse click of the "Power" item on the left of the window, use the left mouse button in the pop-up menu, "switch to show card mode" item, the following figure:
